  moving...yet again.

Thursday, April 26, 2007

Life goes on:

Tomorrow night at about 7:45ish pm, my wonderful hubby and I will be walking down the isle for graduation.

Saturday morning, we will be officially considered Kuyper College alum.    (wow, how old that makes me feel!)

And...we move on with our lives to the next chapter:

For the next 4 months, we will be living in Grand Rapids with some wonderful friends of ours, getting some crazy exepiriences which we never thought we'd have at this point in our lives...but we're both excited about the opportunity to be there.

At the end of August, the plan is to move down to Chicago for awhile and do some more school. We are so excited at the thought of doing something a little different, and praying that everything works out with that!

After that, I have no idea...and that in itself makes me thrilled. We are content not knowing where our lives will go in the next few years, and excited about the possibilites.

Zach and I will be college graduates in 3 weeks!!!

I think it's soo neat that we get to walk at the same time-what a great experience.

I feel so very fortunate in my life right now-God is directing our path in ways I never imagined. So many things are happening-things that I never imagined encountering in my life. Some seem terrible, some seem incredible-but I know God's hand is in both. He is teaching us so much about what it means to be servants, friends, warriors and spouses. I am so blessed to have married a man that is completely willing to change his way of life because someone needs his help...encourages me to do the things I'm passionate about even when it poses huge challenges for him...does the things he's called to do even if those things are terrifying...is tremendously handsome :)

Feeling incredibly grateful and ecstatic today.

   Comfy or Not?

   Something Old or Something New?

   Used-to or Adventurous?

   Costly or Treaturous?

   Safe or Unexpected?

   Surrounded or Alone?

God gives us so many choices...which I am truly thankful for! It's amazing that he allows us to make such huge decisions on our own, at the risk of ruining things for ourselves. I'm so thankful for these choices, for the ability to make decisions...but sometimes I wish he's just show up on the doorstep and let me know what the best choice is.

Just a hint, Lord. Just a hint...
